Menstruation is my first recognition as a female. I m proud of being having this cycle. Because of this, i am a mother. It is not illness but good health.our society, people and family had told us not to tell anybody about period. Why should I shame? When I was 13....I used to hide it from all around me. Now ...i m teaching my students...all students what to do and what not to do during period. And nothing to hide. Cleanliness, nutrition and awareness are must to known for everyone. I support and appreciate this Red Dot Challenge for country.
